Ahh… I feel relive. Today my intership supervisor from UMP comes to visit and evaluate me and my friend for what have we been doing for past three month. Remember upss… before that thank you Puan Awanis for coming… okeh… back to the story.. Remember first call I had in surau on last wednesday. At that time, I have a rubbish talk with my fellow intern mates. Answering the phone and heard that she’s coming this monday really made me worried.. why not.. I havent done anything on intership report. But alhamdulillah.. she’s okay with it (this is compliment from ur student.. in case you read this post haha) and my problem settled.. just need some time to complete the the slide for the presentation. Next step.. aproaching my industry supervisor to mention him about the visit and ask for cuti-cuti malaysia that day because I think I need to escort her to another company that worth a walk from my company to the office plus a long awaited promise to have a luch together with my supervisor.

So the day comes, today I have been evaluated. Not much to talk about the presentation. Just alhamdulillah it going well and the most important thing is… we got the permission for cuti2 malaysia yay!.. thanks again to the industry sv

So we went to Amer’s office by lrt and little walk. Arrived at Amer’s office and he already waited at the front entrance of the building. We were stunned by the building evelator that more modern and canggih than our building. It got aweks voice talking which floor we are and also say whether we were going up or down haha..

The time are reside with us since Amer’s presentation also did not take long time. So we were free before noon hehe. Well.. as the promise going on, and this time thanks to Amer’s Honda Jazz, we can hang out arround KL and then have a lunch together at Amer’s fathers friend restaurant. Didnt want to talk much about it but the most important it… we had a free meal hahaha…

The exploration of KL with the Jazz continued and we ask each other where to go. I asked Puan Awanis where is the place that she not yet step a foot in KL so we can fullfill her wish but she has no idea where to go hehe. Then we managed to find the place of other intership students so it will be easy for her to find it tomorrow but with the condition of the traffic, we cancelled it.

At last, we sent her back to hotel and have some drink at food court nearby. While having a drink, we talk a lot about current issue in college and our future planning in study. We also talked about our past experience when we were students. Sory my fellow junior… we had revealed all the cheating technique in HOT and all quizez. So after this.. please beware with Puan Awanis because she already know all the tricks hahaha… (please dont get mad Puan hehe) . Also, we proposed our idea of how to help students with their final year project. Lot discussion on this like a debate and we hope our idea can help to improve students performance.

That’s it… a very nice moment for us and after this… we will do the report.. we promised haha..

Let me share with you some of CSS tricks for those who are in web development. Browsers rendering capability is different each other. So let say you tell the line to be thin like this:

border-width: thin;

Then try test it out on different browser and you can see the the actual size is different. Internet Explorer version of ‘thin’ is thick by the way and Firefox do well interpret the CSS.

So, the solution is, avoid of using ‘thin’, ‘thick’ or whatever it is and replace it with actual value in pixel that would be:

border-width: 1px;

When it declared like this, both Internet Explorer and Firefox will show the same size of the border.

SPRM tidak siasat kes disiplin UMNO

KUANTAN 20 Mac – Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) tidak akan menyiasat kes beberapa pemimpin UMNO yang dikenakan tindakan oleh Lembaga Disiplin parti itu baru-baru ini kerana ia bukan melibatkan jenayah.

Ketua Pesuruhjaya SPRM, Datuk Seri Ahmad Said Hamdan berkata, kesemua pemimpin terbabit dikenakan tindakan kerana melanggar etika dan disiplin parti.

“Saudara kena faham, kita mengalu-alukan sesiapa hendak buat laporan tetapi saudara mesti bezakan, kes pelanggaran etika dan pelanggaran disiplin bukan kes jenayah.

“Kami tidak akan menyiasat kes bukan jenayah, kita akan pergi (siasat) kes-kes jenayah, terutamanya rasuah,” katanya kepada pemberita di sini hari ini.

Hmm… I just put #1 so if I got any other weird but usual thing that makes my country so special then I will post here. As for today, the title for My Bolehland is:

“Need For Speed: Bus Rider”

Ok.. today my housemate and I took different route for going back home. Regularly we take AKLEH because we can rempit and it save time too ehee.. but today we used non expressway road so it will be more traffic jam, more traffic light, more cars, more mat rempits, more buses and more more..

So, before we passed the first traffic light, its the first damn thing. Buses blocked the road… they took one and half lane and made only one line of cars can manage to get through. Silly right?. That causes traffic jam along the road to KLCC. Did they notice?.. yes.. Did they do something to avoid the traffic jam?.. hell no.. customer first maa. Ok that was fine by us because we are biker so we were small and we can get through easily.

Ok, we all passed the traffic light and the situation right now is two buses and we as the biker. Around Jalan Ampang.. these two buses race with each other.. what the heck!! are you guys insane!? I can see action like drafting (what local calls cucuk angin..), near miss between two buses and overtake scene between those buses for two times… walla.. that was dangerous. We cant overtake the bus since they moving unbalance within the road likely to said they did completely conquer two lines of the road.

Hmm.. since when the bus also got the style like Need for Speed?
